I hooked up a utility trailer to my 2013 cx5 and put in the wiring harness myself (I am not the smartest or most mechanically inclined guy but I figured it out). At some point people starting flashing their lights at us while driving at night. I had a look and one brake light worked so I replaced the other and now both brake lights work but the rear running lights still don't. I unhooked the trailer wiring harness and put everything as it was (two plugs on each side). Still not working. Unless I am mistaken, the running lights and the brake light are the same bulbs, no? Thoughts?
