Rear lip install

I figure this is the place to ask since someone may have had to replace their rear lip. I bought the lip, had it painted and now it is sitting at home waiting for me to return to install it. My question is did the MP3 (or early MSP) lip come installed with the four big bolts in the middle through the bumper cover? I want to make sure the thing is attached well, but if I can get away without drilling holes in my bumper cover that would make me happy. Thanks.

I'm not really sure myself, but you can always ask forum members Captain KRM P5, or Bigg Tim. I confident those 2 would know.

the msp has 2 plastic clips in the wheel well
2 bolts near the middle

the mp3 one has like 2 plastic clips in the wheel wells and 4 other bolts

there are these mounting brackets that are mounted from underneath the stock rear lip.
