Rear defroster cable dislodged

EDIT: I've determined this is the radio antenna, not the defroster.

I opened up the rear hatch of my CX-9 to find the antenna cable unplugged. I suspect it came lose while being detailed at a local body shop, but I can't prove this. Anyways, I can't get it back on. It would seem it slides right on, but the part I've circled in red is preventing me from plugging it back in. Any ideas?

This has happened to me twice, due to the kids at the carwash, they just run a rag to try stuff off and this happened.
