rear clunk & front squeak

my mp3 front swaybar bushings creak/squeak very badly and the rear bar clunks. typical.

since they issued a tsb, is mazda usually pretty open to replacing the bushings even now that the cars are out of their warranty period?

has any aftermarket company produced a replacement bushing with oem fit?

na not many company have made bushings for our cars wat people have done is use the energy suspension bushin n bent the "ring" to angles n replaced it i did that, but i ordered them to big n replaced back to oem, because i felt oversteer in the rear. but if u order the right size im pretty sure it will work, osme even say they can feel a performance gain, n mine squeaks too, but goes away after like 10-20 mins of drivin, if u get any updates if mazda still replace the bushin post plz!

i called trussville mazda just to see what the updated E bushings cost - $11.03/each. i don't know if that is a good price, but i decided to just buy them and try it out. the previous owner never got the bushings replaced under warranty so i'm sure this will be an improvement. currently it sounds like i have monkey beating the underside of the car with a rubber mallet.

yea when i replaced my bushin, but had to swap back becuase of fitment issues, my stock bushin accually lost some rubber. it was pieces suck on my sway bar! it wouldnt come off. had to scrap it off but i didnt want to mess up the red so i left it on, used some brake cleaner and rubbed hard with cloth n still didnt come off, dont no if urs is like that but i think that might b one cause of the clunks pieces getin stuck on the swaybar n "fuse" with it

my bushing squeak real bad to. i used a white lithium grease and not only are they quiet now but its seems to be smoother a little bit and i dont have the clunk in the back though at least not from the bar, my problem is i used 2.5 inch exhaust pipe and it will knock against the sub frame every now and then. but other than that its as queit as can be. email me for questions to jakec@residentsound.com (attn)

u can get that grease like at autozone right? i tired this other grease really good i dont remember wats it called. i got it at walmart htough it was in a green long skinny can. it was like advance grease, lol i believed it, i bought it and tried it. i thought it would be a spray when i used it, but when i pressed the button it came out like grease i was like wow! thats cool lol. but ever since then about almot a year now, only did it like once or twice, i never had the clunk!, but have had the squeakin but not much after i drive the ar for a while. i tried using it on my front bushins, but its very hard ot use it on the front everythin is in ur way u cant spray it and the bushin is very very tight i cant get my straw in there like hte rear bushin so juts a word of advice. use some kind of spray for the front might work better.

yea the white lithium is in a spray can and you can get it anywhere like autozone and stuff like that. i just spray it every oil change and never have a problem. you might need more under really wet conditions. but i never have any problems. my clunk is that my exhaust is to big and also the wood peice in the trunk that covers the spare tire bounces around everynow and then and makes a clunk noise but nothing to worry about..
