Rear cargo tray?

Has anyone found a decent solution for a rubber/plastic cargo tray for the hatch area? I'd hate to have something spill back there and soak into the carpet back there. WeatherTech doesn't offer one yet. Strangely, Mazda doesn't offer an OEM cargo tray in the US (yet), but they have it for other countries:

Does anyone know (or have the ability to find) the part number for the above OEM tray? I'd bet that if I could get a part number, my local dealer could order it...they just don't have the ability to look up parts outside of the US catalog.

Did a ton more searching, and ended up on Mazda's UK site, where they actually have the part numbers listed for the accessories. They've got a *ton* more accessories for the 2 over there than we do, including scuff plates, dead pedals, seat heater kits, and a rear cargo tray. The part number for the tray is DF71-V9-540; I'm heading to the dealer this afternoon to pick up a set of rear splash guards so I'll ask then if they can order the tray.

I'm interested in finding out if the part numbers used in the UK will work in the US. I tried a part number for the factory projector head lights and my US Mazda dealer did not have it in the system.

Any updates DrWebster?

Asked the dealer to look up the part number when I was there this afternoon; the parts guy wasn't able to find it in the computer anywhere. I had heard a while ago that supposedly US Mazda dealers could order non-US parts, but apparently that's not true. For small parts it may be worth it to find a non-US dealer (or an online reseller like JDM Goodie) to buy from, but I don't even want to think about how much international shipping on a cargo tray would be from either the UK or Japan.

I ended up with the same bad news. Depending on the weight the shipping cost shouldn't kill you. Also has to do a lot with the size of the box it comes in as well.

If you just want a simple way to store cargo that may leak or move around, get a Rubbermaid tote and put velcro on the bottom of it. It works well and doesn't move around.

I thought of that, but I'm looking more for something that will protect the carpet back there -- and if I haul something big, I'd have to remove the tote before I left home (which I wouldn't always remember to do, heh).

I checked out Mazda Canada's site; they list a "cargo tray" but I suspect it's a different product than the rubber cargo mat I've seen on the UK and Australian sites...the Canadian site lists the price as $200ish, but the UK item is only about $40.
