rear caliper replacement

I recently had a problem where my ebrake was sticking and was able to trace the problem to a sticking e-brake release on the passenger rear caliper. After trying to grease/lube it up, it wont seem to move as freely as the drivers side. The only option I have is to replace the caliper as the part isn't replacable.

my question is, Should I replace both calipers? kinda like replacing both brake discs or will replacing only the one side suffice?

I really want to fix this before my e-brake cable gets stuck...

btw i have an 04 mazda3 hatch

i always like to do things like that in pairs, or sets. headlights too. who knows how long the other side will last after you replace the one? if you're in there fixing stuff, might as well do it all.
