I'm having issues with my back brakes. On the right side, my e-brake doesn't work at all. I tried adjusting it and nothing changed. On the left side, my caliper is seizing up. It's not seized up the whole way, but it barely spins. What should I do about the caliper? Is there a place where I can get a rebuilt one for cheap? And about the e-brake, do you guys think it might just be the cable? I need to go the cheapest route possible right now. Thanks in advance.
