The chemicals on the adhesive part of the type is going to eat away your paint. Take it off ASAP.

nope. if thats 3m brand, the green tape is designed for automotive use.

ah man, i didn't know they made an automotive tape.... where could i get that? (for future road trips).... my last road trip i bought the 3M blue painters tape with the least adhesive on it....it was like $10....it was the best $10 i spent cause when i got home it peeled right off with no problem and not a single chip and all the bugs were on the tape instead.

the automotive tape is just as much.

i use both for my paint correction details.

theres different adhesives tho. the green is supposed to leave less residue behind. (and it seems too when compared to the painters tape)

wow.... that color an a ms3 looks nice.... although people would associate it with stupid fast+furious bs. mazda makes the mazda2 here in the UK with that colour though.

but that tape will be fine on the paint. Im from houston. I was in the massive 2million evacuation form Rita... but my mp3 didn't need any tape at my average speed of 11.7 mph....(200miles in 17 hours).... good luck!
