re-use for stock MSP amp?

im going to be getting a different amp and sub eventually ... what could i use the stock amp for? should i run the front speakers off the amp?or should i just ditch it entirely?

It's a full range amp, so you could use it again to power your stock MSP fronts. It'll give them 40W...you can use the crossover on the stock HU, because I don't think the Kenwood's will work as a high pass, but I forget...it might! Either way...it'll work for those Kenwoods right up to some mid-range components if you decide to replace them.

Is the stock amp a sub amp only or built in amp with the sub?

its just an amp. the sub and enclosure are in the garbage now.

Those things don't last very long do they (MP3 and MSP stock subs)?

the mp3 sub was a tube...it was apparently ok. The MSP's sub was/is a piece of s***...thankfully the amp was seperate so that we can reuse it.
