because you can't get insurance with an expired license, and in most places you can't get an uninsured vehicle registered.

why so he gets more street cred?? gettin arrested probably sold another 20k cds. I hate the asshole but hes still worth 80million dollars, wouldn't even serve a day in jail with taht kinda money.

any idea what happens when you're caught w/o registration/insurance/license in New york?
I know in VA it's impounded with a minnimum suspsension of license(2 years) , $2500 vehicle non-insured fee, $2,000 non-registered fee, and the car impound fee is $1000 I think. Which is absolutely nothing to him.

to everyone else, maybe not when you have a high powered lawyer on retainer.
 
They should have shot him. If I would have gotten pulled over and had all that s*** happen to me, you better believe that I would have been in handcuffs.
