ractive water temp

has anybody installed one or any other type of water temp gauge
i don;t know where our how to mount the temp sensor
any ideas???

Follow your top radiator hose down to where it goes into the side of the head. That box unbolts with the 4 12mm bolts and you can take it off and tap it for the sensor. Just make sure that where you tap it doesn't get in the way of the bolts when you go to put it back on. Drain you coolant first.

did this suggestion work? i have the ractive water temp gauge as well and the only reason i have it is cause my factory water temp doens't have a needle.
