Really? I'm in AZ too and I wasn't aware of that. Theoretically, what would they do to you if you left the header on for an emission's test even if you passed the test? I've had headers on cars before and it never seemed to be a problem, but then again, the cars were never this new.

nice, yah here we cant touch any OBDII related devices meaning both cats but I may just have a custom heat sheild made for the lower half of the header so it looks like it is covering something...or just swap in stock every 2 yrs.

Thx for the report, appreciate it alot there have been alot of questions as to performance from this header.
