You look at the track record of a company if you want to make a decision on whether to trust them or not. This is why ppl get screwed on forums to begin with. Do your homework people.

Gerry I reviewed your email and since you challenged different orders thru Google instead of working with me directly I have to wait and see what Google does in terms of credits. They have told me 4/11 they will make a final decision on the orders in question. After that I will sort out what credits are still due.

And yet again after reviewing your email you are changing what you want to do.

Actually Brice i didnt challenge a thing with google check out, you broke our legal agreement in multiple status and my Credit card company handled it directly with Google. i had my refund instantly when they review the issue. Do what ever you like seem to be they way you handle things anyway. You talk about me changing things but yet you have changed things on me and the rest of you customers over and over again! I have evry email, every private message every aim convo. id be more than glad to share this info with all the members on both forums if you would like to contest the fact that i have changed things. What bothers me the most Brice is that i treaded you like more than a vendor. I invested in you, i helped you promote your product when rival took stabs, i invited you out for dinner when you came up here. I was willing to drive to Florida from NJ who the **** does that and when s*** got rough what did i do you offered me a refund am i said no ill just buy parts from you with the refund so you can still make some money back. I would love to come down to your house and say this in person so i could see your reaction. Im still waiting on your email!!

I didnt challenge a thing i simply called my CC and they handle it from there fraud in not

something cc's take lightly, you have broken our legal agreement, again

the cc company and google both oviously agreed because within 48hrs i had my refund.

Maybe you should take some time and call a lawyer he would be able to explain much

better than i would how the process works. You last date of completion was 10 days

from 3/27/10 this is an example of how you continuosly break terms! Here we are on the

6th of April no parts. You are just digging your own grave Brice and

everyone is watching it happen! I could have retrived all my funds if i wanted it that

way ,but im still willing to take my parts. Today you agreed to send me

the fmic kit you are currently holding for my kit. I will gladly pay you for the extra

shipping costs. If you have any other parts i would apreciatte those sent as

well. So eveyone know all i have currently from the kit a a 44mm wastegate that i

recieved 2 weeks ago. I will continue to update this forum and msf thank you!

it gets to a point where actions need to back up those words. I don't really see that being done yet. Only on behalf of those customers such as njspeed who filed some sort of claim through their cc companies or are taking action towards receiving a refund

If we banned him, would that help him or the customers reach any sort of resolve or solution? Not that I know of.

Since you seem to like spouting off about leniency and fueling the mob mentality in this thread, lets see if you can actually be productive. What action(s) exactly do you expect mazdas247 to take and why do you think that action would be beneficial to anyone that it may involve? What would the downside to those actions be? Make a reasonable case...

Okay, for one... that date stamp for the pictures is bulls***. If you don't have the camera set up properly- most people- then it's going to show up the wrong date...

Most pictures I take come up as taken in 1939..

We are actually still selling items on the forums but nothing major, primarily the Progress Technology Sway bars and those ship out the same day. People just email us anyway I haven't had a pm on here anyway.

Removing the title under my name is not going to fix anything. Banning me isnt going to change anything. I have already acknowledged the **** up and completion is close. I am not posting any dates only because it is not solid, I am posting progress as it comes.

I have ZERO control on the work being done by the manufacturer.

Get it out of your systems and move on. Complaining isnt going to fix anything I don't think there is anything else that can be said. We have been called cheats, scammers, liars..whatever you name it.

I am not really sure how you see my participation in this thread as Fox News'esque. As a matter of fact, I would see it as completely opposite. I am not really on any side of the argument. My whole point, and argument, is to keep this line of communication open until some sort of resolve is reached with all directly involved parties.

I asked for a members idea of appropriate action and gave him a chance to defend why he thinks that would be a good response.

I have no ties to Race Roots whatsoever. I do not have parts on order. This post may get deleted as a result.

With that said, I completely agree with this post. All of these pissed off forum members spouting off about how the forum should protect them should really remind themselves what this is; A public forum.

This is not ebay nor does it resemble ebay in it's policies. This site, in terms of buying and selling, is more like Kijiji.

If you were to contact someone on Kijiji to purchase a product and you received a product that was falsely advertised, non-functioning or otherwise not what you agreed to purchase, would you expect Kijiji to fight for you? I hope you would not expect Kijiji to back you up, because they wouldn't.

This forum is meant to be a place to share information. As a bonus, it also incorporates ways for people to contact each other about buying and selling products. If people keep moving forward in this fashion, this bonus may be removed.

Enough of the moderator flaming. Enough of the forum flaming.

What everything boils down to is that everyone who purchased this kit from Race Roots made that decision on their own. It is solely your responsibility to recuperate your losses.

Those customers who have interests in Race Roots should feel lucky that this thread has remained open as long as it has. It is a central hub for everyone involved to communicate.

This entire ordeal reminds me of a Holy Grail skit. "Burn the witch!" The funny part is that this sentiment is not only being aimed at Race Roots, but also at the moderators. I know many other forums where the comments directed towards the moderators and forum would not have been taken as lightly and would have resulted in several strikes of the ban hammer.

This will be hypocritical as I have posted this comment and not purchased from Race Roots, but anyone who is not financially tied to Race Roots should duck out of this thread and leave it for those who have business to clear up.

Just my $0.02 and support for this forum and the moderators keeping it civil.
