Finally out of surgery!! One worry out of the way : ) ... thanks for all the good mojo my meeps!! I still won't be able to see him for a couple of hours ... looks like I'm missing some fun weather out there ... be safe!!

Just saw him. . He's pretty sore in his abdominal area but tolerating the pain well enough to be moved to a room ... he will be here for a couple days. ... will know more later. .

funny you mentioned that, phen! i told him this am that there is NO WIFI in the patient rooms and he was not a happy camper ... no cell phone use in the rooms either ... let's see if big guy can handle 2 days of no electronics. that'll be the test, but also an incentive to get out quick!!

he's in pain, which i'd think is expected, so he has his finger on the trigger of pain medication ... he was sleeping when i left at about 4pm. he has a pretty high tolerance for pain, so i'm sure he'll be fine! i think he'll be home thu or friday, i'll let you know for sure when i know ...
