Yep, gon for a year but I am eligible for a hearing which i'm still awaiting the papers for since I can do it through the mail, i'm certain I'll get it back though, I got a letter from my working stating that I need it for work and that if I don't get it back I could lose my job, but I won't lose my job, just a scare tactic .Smartest thing I did was giving the Benz back, just keep in mind, it will go on record as a repo for 5 years, i'm 21, i have some time to rebuild my credit

Yah, I selling all the aftermarket parts off my car and using it to buy a car with cash. So yah. Will not have to worry about credit for a while.

UPDATE: filling in the papers and sending my letter to the NC DMV today, I hope they find it in my favor and I get my license back or atleast reduce the amount of suspension time, I did alot of brown nosing and I hope it pays off!
