2007~2015 Question on wiring under hood

Today I flushed power steering fluid for my 2010 CX-9. I got messed up because the connection of drain tube with hose was not tight enough. I think the hose possibly broke the ground cord. Is the screw where the cord supposed to be connected?

You should be able to see the ring part of that ground strap still under whatever bolt it's supposed to be attached to. Locate that and you can crimp or solder on a new one and put it back in the proper place.
