Question (dont know how to word it)

i was driving about 2 weeks ago and i stopped at a stop light, after it turned green i started to go and when in 2nd gear around 4k rpm it felt like the engine just fell out the bottom for my car. it was like a slammed on the brakes as hard as i could for .5 sec. then it went back to normal. and its been fine ever seance, but i cant help but wonder what the hell that was. If anyone has any idea on what it could of been, please feel free to post it.

Was it like you hit a brick wall? If so that was more than likely fuel cut. What PSI are you at?

Probablyfuel cut, but I remember when my motor mounts were complete junk it sometimes felt like that at times...

yeah my side motor mount is broken, and im running 7psi

hmmm... most likely not fuel cut at 7 psi.

Perhaps it was insane levels of wheel hop. Sounds possible, especially since you have a broken side motor mount.

i would say fuel cut as well.. before i had my built motor.. i would fuel cut at 7-8 psi.. pissed me off all the time!!

Sounds like a fuel cut problem at the same time I'd fix that mount problem. If there was any wheel hop that would feel like a smack in the face on the car.
