Question about the install of M3 style power mirrors.

I have a set of M3 power mirrors for my MP3. The wiring is different then stock. So I am wondering if anyone who installed these before have a easy way to install them?? Or maybe have a diagram that will show the correct way to wire them up?(know where I can get one) I am on my second power mirror switch and would like to do it correctly. Any help is appreciated-Someone on this forum had to have done this before.

you have no documentation with it at all regarding installation?

what colors are the wires? how many of them? what stripe colors?

i have them but mine are manual...but im the only one who drives my car so its all good for me

i KNEW i had seen them before! were they on your car at the texas meet a few months back? that must have been where i saw them.

The colors are different then what is on the original wires. And the wires on both mirrors are different when it comes to the function. I have tried in the past to get them wired up so I can use the original plug, that is why I am on the second switch.(burnt out the 1st one) Thanks roni for the second switch!!! That is why I am looking for someone who did it before. Or a diagram to follow. Nothing came with the mirrors. Any help would be appreciated.

yup had them on just over a year now prolly...for some reason they move some in the wind tho...and i have them down as tight as i want to put them on w/our maybe stripping something or tightening down too much and cracking something and making it worse than it is
