Question About MP3 RB exhaust!!

Hey guys...I have a good question...

If i was to take a 2001 mp3 racing beat exhaust and put it onto my mazda protege 5 would i experience any hp gains...would it sound any different...would it even fit?

YES, the muffler is a lot more free flowing than your stock one

YES it would sound different....

It WILL fit....however the tip on the mp3 is a lot longer than the one on the P-5 and you would need to take it to a decent muffler shop, have the tip cut off and then welded back on after shortening it the proper amount so that it doesn't stick WAY out past the bumper.

Do you think i would get 2-3 whp??

I am just trying to decide on which exhuast to purchase...

I have someone who is trying to sell me a used bosal exhaust for 275 shipped...versus the one on ebay...(r.b. exhaust)

that is an axel back exaust.. gain is probably around 1WHP, so basicaly no diffrence

and I believe you wrote me about the bosal....right? if not...in case you hadn't looked...a NEW bosal catback is $400 shipped.

Personally....I would prefer the bosal.
