Question about HID kit!

I am currently looking into getting the McCulloch 6000K HID kit. Will this kit directly work on the 3? I am asking because of those weird adapters. Thanks in advance!

I know its an H7, I am asking if I can take this kit out of the box and plug it in and be ready to go.
