Question about BP pistons?

I am trying to find out if the BP4W pistons from the 04-05 Mazdaspeed Miata are compatible with the standard BP-ZE found in most 323s, Protege's, Escorts and Miatas.

Do they have the same 20mm wrist pins? same 83mm bore?
Has anyone done this?

I have searched this forum and could not find an answer. If not, where can I get some cheap OEM BPT pistons?
