Q for those who purchased an Extended Warranty through Mazda Finance

:
2016 CX-5 Touring AWD
2019 CX-5 Reserve AWD
Did you receive anything from Mazda listing the warranty, how to get service when out of town, etc. How to acquire towing, rental cars, hotel remimbursement, etc. I would just like to see a card with some phone#'s if I ever need to use it. If something happens local I just call the local dealer but when out of town who do I call?
I've been trying to get clarification from the Finance mgr. who sold me the warranty but he refuses to reply back via email or return my calls.
Typical car dealer employee.
He was very responsive when he wanted the money, now not so much.

This was my first really modern car (as in pretty much drive by wire and electronic everything) and as I’m getting on in years, I sprung for the extended service contract. Never did that in the past.
It’s through “EasyCare”, not Mazda. Now that I’m out of warranty, stuff starts to pop up. Just had to replace a leaking AC compressor. Went to the dealer service area and they looked up the contract info, told me my responsibility was the $100 copayment, and got it scheduled for repair. When they replaced the part, the bill to me was as promised. All the info was in their files.
I did get a contract at the time of purchase with the service contract insurer contract info though along with the contact details. Was in the stack of purchase paperwork.

I know the info is in the Mazda computers. My issue is say I'm out of town and the car breaks down.
Who do I call for Roadside Assistance, towing, loaner car, etc? They would at least be able to direct me to the nearest Mazda dealer. That's why I'd least like to have some phone#'s to call if anything goes wrong.

Did you get to see how much it would have cost without the warranty?

Why not call the dealership General Manager for help if the Finance guy is not responding. He/she might appreciate your call if one of their employees is not doing their job.
