Protege5 Auto to Manual Conversion

I have a 2003 p5 Manual transmission. I just bought a really clean automatic p5 with a blown engine for $200. Would it be difficult to convert the auto to the manual? My manual trans one runs perfect however it has body damage and the other one doesnt.
