I just learned that our friends at Autometer have made a couple of pillar mounts that are made for the 01-03 Protege's. They will be making both a single and a dual and the part numbers are as follows. These will be included in their 2003 catalog which is due shortly.

It will be a little while before the pods are available, but they should be soon. The sad news is that like most other Autometer products they will be black molded plastic. Which means you will need to paint them if you want them to match your pillar.
This would have been sooooo much easier had the cheap asses at Mazda included the boost gauge in the first place, but oh well. If I wanted a boost gauge I would have bought the SRT-4. NOT!
