Talking about gouging, the price of the small propane tanks is going through the roof. The exception is Walmart who sells them for $3.97.

Well since we have drifted off topic.. I never understood why people continue to buy the small bottles.. they can be refilled at MUCH less cost.

protip: freeze the small bottle for about an hour.. and place the small bottle below the 10lb propane when filling.

I have one of those adapters, got it years ago, but I don't know anyone I would feel comfortable asking if I could charge my empty torch tanks with their grilling tank.
