to take over the world..... (rockon) or at least rebuild my MSP.
Many of you know my unfortunate situation. But I've moved on. My therapist told me to do so. I just was sitting here, and I never officially introduced you to my car (never had the time before i was in the boom-boom club). And I thought I would set the record straight with my plan for the rebuild, my timeline, and to show you a couple pics as the poor babe sits right now.
Engine Build:
- MAM Shortblock 8:1 CR
- Perrin FMIC w/ Greddy Type S
- Perrin SRI
- DSM AFC Controller
- GHL 3" Downpipe
- Greddy SP2 Catback (If i dont get scammed from the guy I bought it from on these boards! Two weeks, and still no word!)
- Greddy TT Full Auto
- Greddy Profec B Spec 2
- Spec Stage 3 Hybrid
- AWR Front/Rear Mounts (M/T)
- NGK 1 Step Colder Plugs
- Corksport Clutch Line
- Kartboy bushings
- Redline fluids in tranny and engine after break in.
Engine Blingity Bling
- DGM CF Engine Cover
- DGM CF Oil Cap
- Hose Techniques Silver Kit
- Greddy Catch Can
Interior:
- Crappy Autometer Guages that came with the car...
- Alpine CDA-9835 (Is teh bling)
(I'm looking for a pod like horse has made to finish it off)
- Greddy Counter-weight shift knob
- B&M SS
- Sesy Shift Boot
God it seems like such a little list, but oh my lord is it killing my pocket book. And to think i'm still making payments and insuring the car every month... to have it sit.
And now for the pictures. (What you all really wanted to see (hi) )
The two mazdas awaiting treatment for March's World of Wheels show... Only mine looks like a damn 4X4 b/c it has no engine in it.
The RX7 is getting a full build to showcase the extreme build ups available at the shop doing the work...
And finally, the owners personal car (5-Spd IS300) which will be getting some boost very soon... and is also getting fixed up for the WOW show.
So that is my little update. Wish us luck on the build. I'm a little worried we wont get her back together, ever. We were handed a box of parts, screws, bolts, etc from Mazda when we picked up my car. Its gonna be a big damn jigsaw puzzle with all this aftermarket stuff! (boom04)
Peace guys, and Merry Christmas!
*edit* I found this one pic I had i took the day I bought it... It was on cardomain so its bad quality. sorry. At least it doesnt look like a 4X4 in it!
