What size are those pipes, they look to big. It looks like your going to have a hard time sealing those properly.

They are port matched pipes. We haven't done any final welding to set the pipes in place, but it will all come together beautifully.

Make sure you leave a little space for access to those manifold bolts. I usually have a leak on my Spool manifold because they are such a pain o reach it's hard to put any true torque on them.

Trust me, I'm not leaving anything to chance with those manifold bolts.

Well, after quite a few setbacks, I'm proud to announce that Projekt UFO manifold is nearing it's completion. There is an hour left of finishing touches, wastegate port welded in and o2 sensor bung weld in. I do have 1 picture right now, as I was not there when the final pipe layout was welded in. I do have a completion time of this coming Monday, and at that point I will have more pics up.

Thanks for being patient, there were a lot of unknown's coming into this, and now everything will come together nicely. I leave you with this.

You know, I don't know if there is a benefit. In all reality, the stock manifold is of unequal length and it works. The basic point is that we have designed this manifold to give everyone an option to upgrade and still be cost effective. No longer will people have to just settle on the OBX manifold because its cheap and "works."

I will give reports on how the car feels once I get it installed.

Maybe you can lower the 2nd pipe a bit and have it attach to the flange at a diffrent angle. That pipe just looks really long and out of place

I was thinking the same thing, but we designed it that way to get a better attack on that lower manifold stud/bolt/nut.

I see what your saying about that bolt, There has to be another way to get to that bolt allowing that pipe to come down some.

Well, this is the first finished product. I'm the guinea pig, so the next batch that he will produce will provide a more refined look, and a little more experience with first hand R&D.

No offense, but who ever welded that needs to practice some more. I like the design tho. To me it looks like there in no dig on those beads.

Kinda like they just slapped the weld on there.. not really any beauty in it.. does your hood close?

The manifold isn't finished yet. There are still ALL of the finishing touches that need to take place.
