Problem with windows?

OK so I installed my CAI tonight and I pulled the Negative off the battery terminal.... FIne Intakes installed sounds GREAT!! But not my Auto windows up and down down work and I can't roll the other windows down from my driver seat and the loack is not on???? Any Ideas? By pulling off the battery did I reset something?

Ive posted the steps about 12 times already lol...

for anyone needing the procedure it is in the manual for the vehicle... otherwise do a search for speed 6 window

go to each door, put the window down and hold button down a few seconds longer, then put the window up and again hold the button a few seconds longer until you feel a click. Repeat for all 4 doors. You have to do it from each door, it can't be done from the drivers door.
