Problem need help please

OK so i just got done re-doing my motor cause i bent a rod(gee who would of thought bent a rod) but before it bent my car would what i thought was a Fuel cut but I'm starting to think not. OK what it feels like is a fuel cut but it sometimes happen not even in boost like just normal driving just like hitting a brick wall smack in the face and i thought it was a fuel cut but i got the MPI tuner which gets rid of fuel cuts so i don't have any clue what this could be could some body please try and help me out.

If you have the mpi, check your analog out. it needs to be at 4.98.

its more like a fuel cut but just reg. driving its kind of hard to explain. so its like a fuel cut but not hitting any boost

well nick has my car and said he's tunning it and still felt it he said he drove it for an hour and didn't get it than pulled it back in the drive way of his shop and felt he said hitting no boost

what do you hear when it happens?

it sometimes back fires adterwards it don't make any sounds

mabye your distributer....(not sure how they are on MSP) they (for the most part) go out slowly....

msps and any 2001+ doesnt use a distributor

Nick said it gets it mostly at 4.2 volts he said fuel cuts never are that low of volts. anybody got any ideas? what it could be

I've got a similar problem with my stock ECU. I think it's a lean condition. It will only happen when at light throttle, light boost and light to moderate sustained load, like going up a fairly long hill. The engine will sometimes suddenly stumble and damn near shut down, much like the brick wall you are describing. Just a thought.
