Private Message problem

People have been sending me Private messages for quite awhile and I have had no problems responding to them, until last week. I can read my pm's and I can type out my reply, but when I hit send it will tell me to log in again. So I log in again and type my reply again and then hit send and it does the same thing. I also tried sending a new message but it does the same thing.

Is it me or my computer, any thoughts? help !!

clear your cache and delete all your cookies

I know how to delete the cookies, but how do you clear your cache.........I know, I know.....I'm an idiot.
