Price Paid & Insurance

In these days of $1500 rebates on the MSM (I could also get the owner loyalty of another $1500) and the MSMs not selling so well, what has been your puchase price???

Also, because the MSM is a two seater turbo, is the insurance incredibly high? I've currently got a MS Protege and it's somewhat high.

Thanks

I got those rebates and another chunk of change knocked off by buying the demo with 761 miles on it. With taxes and plates I paid about $22,500. Not bad at all. Worth every cent. Insurance? I know it going to be much more than my old '90, but I haven't checked yet.

I bought the 1st one possible in Dallas.. In fact, I had one of the 1st two pre-orders in the country, so I paid just a hair under sticker for mine... (but I got to go to all teh dealer promo, pre release events and stuff liek that... So I have no regrets)

And I pay $116/month for all 3 cars. 25yrs old.

As far as them not selling well.. It's kinda deceptive.. The factory shut down production of N/A miatas to make all the MSM's. Therefore teh dealers had to take pretty much their entire year allocation at the same time, hence the reason they're sitting on lots. I don't think they're really selling taht poorly, they just don't have that much capacity.
