First off Azeli, Welcome to our happy little corner of the net. There is a BIG fridge in the corner with just about anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. (stash)

make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!! (stash)

NOW, why do you want to cover up the stock seats? I have seen a few people put covers on .... but the fit is questionable....they always seem to be wrinkled up and not look that great to me. just my opinion.

seat cover enhancement

Zoom zoom to you, buddy~

There are some cheap ones you can get around $40, some members here have them too. Although they don't fit perfectly, and do wrinkle like sir nuke said, but I think they look fine.

Do a search and check out what they look like.

You can try to contact Joey, sticker4u@yahoo.com. Not sure if he is still selling them though.

Thanks for the warm welcome Sir Nuke! (stoned) I'll help myself to that club sandwich with your name on it in the fridge. ;)

My previous vehicles seats wore down to the point were it began to tear. Just don't want that to see that happen to mine again.

I did try some universal fit but returned that the same day to get my money back.

Also living in AZ I want to stay away from leather.

Its not cloth or tweed, but Wet Okole makes neoprene(?) seat covers that are waterproof (made of wet suit material) and custom fit per car. Not cheap, but you get your choice of insert color/pattern with black side bolsters.

Thanks for the link to the covers. They don't have any 2002 in a car search but I asked for a free brochure for heck of it.

I think black with a red insert would look nice :)

I really like the stitch work MP5Raycer! I'd love to have that done someday myself. But honestly it's not going to keep my seats from wear and tear over time.

:p

very true

that is true ...I can agree with that but i havent ever had that problem with the seats wearing out ... i normally do not keep a car that long hehe

I ordered the seats from Joey at sticker4u@yahoo.com...

As stated before, the fit isn't perfect...But I think looks make up for it...

Unfortunately, mine ripped at the seams! If anyone has them, where the black strip in the middle is, the seam ripped there. I contacted Joey (not to b****, but to see if he had another set avail) and he did. The thing is, my covers were the old ones where it said embroiderd "tuned by Matrix" So I had custom patches made MORE FOR SALE IF PEOPLE WANT THEM...

Had to throw that sales pitch in....Anyway, the covers he had left, had a different type of embroidery....Same style, just different embroidery...

I have only had my covers for like 5 months, so I haven't purchased another set from him yet ( I don't want them to rip again)...

I found these on (gasp, I hate to even admit this)...JC Whitney...I thought they might be a little better, as if it doesn't look like they have stiching/seams across the middle of the seat back...

Heres the link for the other covers...

http://www.jcwhitney.com/item.jhtml?ITEMID=109557&FID=4763&BQ=sc

I might try these before I gamble again with the other set from the guy on ebay...Who knows....

cmack98! Hook me up with a PS2 machine :D !!! Playin games for a living... NICE FOR YOU.

JC Whitney huh? (scratch) I don't know..... Back in my Volkswagen days I'd laugh at the idea of buying from them. Anyone out there every bought covers through JC Whitney.

I'll need to email Joey at sticker4u@yahoo.com and see what he has available.

Thanks all! Cheers!

Hey azeli73,

I would love to hook you up but I had a rough week last week.

I had use all three of my back up PS2's and one back up PSone for some of my stores this week....Its aggravating because, you know, I was used to having my back up PS2's on each TV...So when I go upstairs and wanna play a quick game before bed...I can't! Arrghhh....Sony isn't going to send me my replacements soon enough!!!

But hey, if you end up buying like 4 of my patches ;) , I might be able to hook you up with something really cool (providing you get yourself a PS2 to begin with...)

Patches, Patches, get your patches....E-mail me if ya want them!

Well if buying patches means a cheaper price on a PS2 <cough> cost <cough> than count me in.

hahahah...

NOooooo please guys don't fill my email box with a buncha requests for cheap PS2's...I'm only allowed to buy 2 a year, and I allready got them....

But hey if ya got a Playstation, and order patches....I won't think twice about throwing in a demo disc for a game that hasn't been released yet...that'd be kinda cool for you guys to get, dont'cha think?

Demo disk, a lanyard for your keys....Hell, gotta spead the love for PS2 any way I can...

Patches, Patches, who want's some patches...get them while they're hot...

hey cmack, didnt tell me about the disks when i got my patches. :wtf: j/k the patches are cool and look sweet i cant wait to put them on my head rests .thanks again, jason

I ordered custom denim seat covers

They are made from soft, heavy duty denim. Came to 279.00 shipped. Each one is custom made, covers front and back, allows for side air bags, accomodates the 60/40 split in the rear and covers all head rests and has places for all knobs and dials. Each covers has three separate pieces to it. I ordered racing style in black and silver with the mazda logo on the fronts. They are completely machine washable, and you can throw them in the dryer. If you guys like, I will post some pictures when I get them in and installed. They said it would take 10 days to make and ship them.

seatcoversdirect.com..I hope they are everything they say they are. Another competitor sells the same covers at seatcoversusa.com. usa is a little cheaper so I got direct to match the price. direct has much, much better customer service.
