Power windows not working!

So I installed my prosport boost gauge yesterday. I installed the same way as the how to write up. I used the cigar lighter for power. I finished everything up, now the drivers side power windows for the other doors don't work. You can roll down the window on the other doors, but you can't roll down the passenger side window from the drivers side, or any of the others from the drivers side. Also the auto up/down feature doesn't work. All the fuses are good for the power windows. I didn't touch those during the install, only the cigar lighter fuse. I even tried disconnecting the boost gauge, and still the same problem. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Would installing the boost gauge void the warranty if I returned it to the dealer?? Any help would be great.

roll each down using their individual controls & hold the switch down for a few seconds, roll them back up and hold the switch up for a few seconds. should reset them. its in the manual; something to do with a protection circuit (if you disconnect the battery). i forget the specifics why it happens but i went thru the same thing.
