power window won't move 2005 mazda3 - please help

hot day, not the typical sticking I've had before and been able to wiggle free by moving the window up and down. I hear a clicking noise by absolutely no movement. it's too darn hot not to get air in the car. please help.

everyone keeps saying it's the switch...what switch, how do you get to it?

If you hear a clicking, the switch is working. It's just a switch. For a guess, I'd say the window mechanism itself is binding inside the door. No A/C, I presume?

Boy, I fell for that one didn't I? Question asked nine days ago.

the switch maybe bad... the 04-05s had switch problems... there's a TSB on this... read it for details
