power steering squeaking?

When I turn the wheel fully to the left or right [worse on the left] something starts to squeak really bady. Power steering fluid is good. The wheel isnt touching anything [just put coilovers on it and lowered it 3"] so now im at a loss.... help!

sounds like your powersteering , ac belt needs to be tightened
