Where are you at? s*** just take a weeked and come down for a "mazda meet" and swap it in. LOL She will never know. Bypass the ac compressor and get a good pulley set will be good for a couple horses but no big numbers until a major change.

Staunton. And a full kl swap in a day? I doubt its possible. Of course at the strip I could pull the power steering and ac belt off with no negative effects right? The power steering n my old pontiac would randomly quit working so I know what to expect. I'm gona try to come to a meet at some point this summer if I get a weekend off. Wish it was like my brothers rx7 then I could just drop an ls1 in it like he is

Im one day really pushing it but a friday sat head our on sunday sure LOL I used to drive through there all the time coming from Berkley springs when 17 turned into a mess.

Ya she would kill me and she actually would notice the difference but maybe by the end of summer when its paid off she will let me turbo it that could be done in a weekend

Um maybe u could mod the driver by practicing at the track. Get ur reaction time and 60 ft time down. Some sticky street tires. Disconnect ur sway bars for better hook up. U'd be surprised how much the driver equation has to do with it. JMHO

I have no experience with turbos though so for me to do it is a weekend. But I still gota talk her into it se likes the idea of it just the reliability and cost issues as soon as we get it paid off and her another car its all mine
As I stated before I've got take offs down with it as long as the tires are warm I have very little if any tire spin. It does suprisingly hook up well for cheap tires
