Powdercoated stock rims on Silver, chop'd

that looks bad-ass. I would do it, like some already said, use low temp powdercoating. My friend got his done for like $60 per wheel in Michigan. Here in Idaho they wanted $80 per wheel i think.

another suggestion, take off those side moldings. I did on mine and i think it cleaned up the body lines alot. looks alot smoother, and ive never got any door dings or anything like that...and my car gets around. haha

Hehe, anyone else LOLer when knowledge007 asked if SSMS3 minded?

Dark wheels on a silver car is always hawt!

^what he said.... buy? :D

The car looks good. The black wheels match the black piece on the front grill, making a well balanced car IMO. DO IT!

It's a bit excessive, but anyone would mind chopping the first Gunmetal pic to paint the body Black Mica? Thanks.

Gentlemen, black mica with gunmetal stock wheels as requested(burnout)
jjbird, thanks for the image

Looks great, very evil. Definately on my short list of non-warrenty voiding changes. I need tint very soon though, holy fishbowl.

That looks awesome! I may have it done to mine.

It's just that I dont want to weaken the wheels while powdercoating. Just to make sure, high-temp powdercoating is not the way to go? Instead, low-temp is better?
