Powder Coating?

2010 MazdaSpeed3
Hey there everyone. I'm new to the site and this is my first post other than a meager hello post. I just purchased a 2010 Black Mica MazdaSpeed3 and one of the first things I would love to do is a exterior change to make it my own. I currently have the stock rims. I spent a long time looking at rims until i came across the idea of powder coating the stock rims. I think this would be a great option for me as I do not necessarily dislike the stock rim style but only the color. Personally, I would love to do them white but after quite a lot of google image searching I have yet to come across any good examples of a Black Mica MazdaSpeed with white rims. Am I perhaps venturing down some no-no that I don't know about? I would love to hear some thoughts or perhaps a photoshopped picture. Many thanks :)

No pics, but PCing is a good option and more durable than alternatives. You probably already realize this, but you'll have to clean your wheels a *lot* to keep them looking good.

A cheaper option to Powder coating is Plasti Dip. I just dip this not too long ago but the matte black. It turned out better than expected. But I would not want to do white because you will constantly be cleaning the brake dust off.

I went to the OCC Mazda meet. I saw a few Mazdaspeeds with PC'd wheels. I was very impressed. I am going to do my wheels this winter while on my winters.
