its funny i seem to think that the front end off the second one seems to resemble that of a Maserati or an alfa

The second one is definitely a panty-dropper. I mean, if someone rolled up in, say a Porsche Boxster S, but you were driving that second pic of the Rx-9 concept... I am sure the girl would go to the Porsche guy. THEN, she'd see her wrong decision get spanked on the highway.

I thought I read just recently that they are bringing the rx-7 nameplate back for the next model. WIth the fall of the next gen supra and nsx getting killed, I would think the next rx would fall under the mild sports coupe catagory instead of any new higher end rotary sports car.

btw.. doubtin they will revive the rx9 monikar as it was.. if recallin correctly ... assigned to the mazda luce or 929...

Both are ok but i must say the red car looks better to me a more aggressive looking RX8

I wasn't sure where i was going to post this - it was supposed to be my chop of the next gen RX7, but seeing as there is a RX9 concept thread here, i thought it would be best to use this thread.

This is my chop, the base car is the Ferrari Italia 458 - its amazing how well the mazda and ferrari designs blend into each other.

Comments and Criticisms welcome.
