TYou don't need strobes. A couple of speedlites will do the same thing.

I could never shoot in daylight with 2 speedlites and overpower the sun without having to resort to ND filters or shooting at f/16.

They're fine for night shots or early morning or late afternoon when the sun is rising or setting.
 
anyone have a pic of a car. with and without wheel spacers.. im thinkin about doin them.. any suggestions on where nd what kind. n if they make a difference?

Most spacers are available 5mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, etc..

Just imagine your wheels pushed out that amount.

This is switching from a 55 offset 215 width tire to a 47 offset (call it a 8mm spacer) 245 width tire (so that adds roughly another 15mm of width to the outside of the tire)... so, not JUST spacers, but you get the idea (also keep in mind this went DOWN an inch in rim diameter):
