The problem was the fogs were attached to the crash bar. The fog light housings were metal that were mounted on metal that the other fog light, that was metal, was attached to.

Basically, as long as they were on the same circuit, one would blow out the other one since they had grounds to each other. They're on 2 separate switches for now
