I think most of us that have kids like to have dogs that are not going to try and eat themwhen they lose it.Pitbulls and not very stable dogs to have around kids.I do really love to looks of the pitbull tho..Im a big fan of short nose dogs.I really like your bulldog,That may be our next dog.

!! believe it or not, the only reason why pitbulls get bad rep is bcuz of the media, most of the time, the attackers are not even pits, but classified as pitbulls bcuz the bully breed come in different variety...Pitbulls are actually nice with people, but as for any dog, when around kids, u have to supervise the ANY dogs, u just never know. As for pitbulls attacking, is bcuz the owners mistreat these dogs....so it';s the owners fault imo...
put it this way, pitbulls are bred as fighting dogs...when they use to fight , 2 dogs and the handlers were inside the pit...these dogs cant attack handlers....so which makes them not agressive towards people

Boxers are the only dogs Ive had since I was a kid.Ive had about 6 of them to date.I put a photo of 2 of them in this thread a few pages back..

nice boxers though . they look like my bulldog in a bigger way !.. oh as far as bulldogs as pets........they are lazy couch potatoes...none active at all..thats the reason why my bulldog an pits don't fight...the temparments are balance
