Porting??

Just curious if anyone has tried porting the intake manifold or cylinder head? Sorry, I come from the world of mustangs, and this was very beneficial to help it breathe. Would this work well with direct injection? Any thoughts? I tried searching but couldn't find any evidence that anyone has tried.

He only has done it on the intake manifold. I have considered buying a head from somebody on 6 c l u b and then sending it off to have the valves and inlet ports ported. But I really don't have the money right now. lol
