plz help!

I have a 2005 mazda 3 s and once I awhile it wants to die I slightly lose power steering and my stereo starts back up with the "hello" pop up it only last a couple secs I checked all my grounds and it has a new battery so I don't know what it could be

how would i check it by self or would have to send it in?
