I have a 02' pr5 2.0 liter. I have CAI, megan racing catback, and a intake mod. I'm getting ready to do a tune up, what plugs should I use for optimum horsepower? Also any suggestions on igintion wires etc... would be greatly appreciated.

NGK iridiums and Magnecor wires, you can also try the sparco wires but some people say that they tend to pop out of place, so they use tie-downs

Stock P5 comes with standard NGK, simply upgrade them

dont buy sparco a friend of mine had a very long trouble refunding his wires coz they didnt fit, he hates sparco company, they're 2-faced, so dont go for that

Uh oh... I am awaiting a plug/wire set from them RIGHT NOW... I will report on their performance...

I LOVE this forum! :)

I've been using Sparko for more than a year now... no problems whatsoever. Noticed a smoother idle right away. Didn't do much for power though.

hopefully u wont have any bad experience with them :)

not a fan of magnecor here. the first set i bought kept popping out of place, and i had a hell of a time getting replacements. the sparko and magnecor replace only the two wires. if you want to change all four go with the Nology. There is a group buy for them right now on this forum, and yes they cost more than a 2 wire setup but after having stock wires and magnecors in my car i can tell you there was no gain to having them.

I like the Megan Catback, it went in without a hitch nad the notes is deep and throaty (well as deep and throaty as a 4 banger can get) and not ricey at all.
