I drive a 1998 Mazda 626 and occasinally the car just cuts off when it is on and when the car is stopped. For example when i am at a traffic light or when i stop my car to park. When it cuts off the check engine light comes on and then i have to turn the car off and turn it back on and it runs fine. I have taken it to the mechanic but they cannot figure ou what the problem is so if anyone could give me ideas of why my car is doing this i would really appreciate it.
