Placed an order from Dabears2k last Friday, still pending and cannot get any updates

Does anyone have experience with this person/store? Ordered some spark plugs (denso itv22) with 2 day shipping and the order still shows as pending since last friday. They sent one email on monday saying they would update this soon and still nothing. Wondering if the store is reputable b/c so far the customer service isnt.

I ordered some lights and side markers last Friday from them as well. I got a order confirmation, but its still pending!

Meanwhile, I ordered some ITV22's from SU and they shipped the same day - I got them 2 days later. I also just ordered a BPV from PG, and they were processed and shipped the same day as well.

I'm going to be sending another e-mail to Dabears2k and ask them what the hold up is.

BTW, where around Atl are you located?

To whom it may concern,

I ordered some fog lights and blacked out side markers on the 20th of this month. As of today, the order is still pending. When will it be processed and shipped? The order number is 2389.

I ordered my foglight overlays from him, the only real gripe i have about it was that I paid like 6 bucks for shipping and got them in an envelope with a 42cent stamp....

Just got a reply from Matt at Dabears2k:

It was most likely already sent. I am currently out of the country and having a hard time updating the order system with the fedex tracking numbers that my employees are generating while shipping items back at the shop. I will try to update as best as I can.

Shipping is where a lot of companies make their money. You end up paying the same as getting it localy or another vendor.

Got my Denso's at SU in 3 days.

Just got my plugs from SU as well, they shipped them same day, and I got them two days later. I also bought a Forge BPV from PG, also was shipped the same day, got it two days later (today)! Plus both stores offer free shipping.

I still haven't gotten my items from Dabears2k, its been a week already and I doubt I'll be getting anything until next week at the earliest. Think I'll just stick with PG and SU from here on out. (2thumbs)

i know matt personally, and never had an issue other than when rockblocker ****** up my order.

Hes a busy guy, and i believe only has 2 or 3 employees on hand.
