I think your last post is prob the best. get it replaced DIY and never go there again. p.s. check the bolt before you get the part replaced and see if they really indeed "fix" it.

Why do I keep seeing dealer threads like this? maby we should start a "good dealer in your area" thread so we know which place to go to? Nah... **** it that would be too easy.
