I need to change my stock tire pretty soon.
I been looking at these tires at tirerack.com and would appreciate your input on how they perform compare to our OEM ms3 tires. Only thing im sure of is tread rating is significantly better but how does it compare performance wise?

I use the Pzero Nero M&S for a winter tire. The handling is good. Not as good as a summer tire but a decent compromise considering the wet and cold weather handling. They tend to flat spot while sitting overnite. So the first mile or so of driving they feel rough but that soon goes away. If you are looking for a better wearing tire and less warm weather performance then go for it. I prefer to have a summer performance tire and an all weather tire for winter. I am in Missouri and we get cold weather and some snow. I could not justify putting snow tires on for the amount of snow that we get so the M&S were a good option in my opinion. Just my $.02.

Hyun, where abouts do you live and what kind of driving do you do. Sometimes a dedicated winter /snow tire is in order, and that would allow for a performance tire for summer. We are talking about a Speed3 right? Also, There is no way it snows way down south in Dixie. Where is Missoura any ways, Chiefms3?

Georgia. I admit, winter is kind of lame here compare to up north. Any summer tire recommendation with decent life?

I lived in Atlanta, actually East Point back in 68-69. when it was not so big. It snowed once and I mean got the grass white. and school was canceled and the city shut down. None of you all need anything but summer performance tires and a liitle red clay on them. You will have some good options I hope. i am using 18/8 wheels so there are tons of options for me. Experience and or reading the tires' ratings will help you decide. my performance tires were less expensive than the Bridgestones to replace though.

Bumping this thread for more info on this tire. Im running 17's for summer wheels and had planned on using the stock rims for winter use. Snow tires in the stock size are outrageously priced so this looks like a decent alternative. Any other experiences with this tire in the snow?

bump b/c I just had the Pzero nero Pinna's installed, my car is only 1 week old and now its pulling to the right the minute i left the shop with the new tires....anyone else having this issue? The car tracked flawlessly straight before, now its pulls right and has major torque steer.

I already checked all the tires they are all correctly oriented and inflated other than a 3psi difference in 1 rear which I'll correct at lunch. I haven't ever hit a pothole or any other major bump in the car.
