Pirana, since you know what you are doing, I bought a brush and I was wondering what is exatly your tecnique.Pirana said:Well, I havent had any problems with water and engines...although I do not pressure wash the engine bay...I use the SG when the engine is cold (hot can stain and also crack manifolds etc) then use a soft brissle brush to clean the areas needed. Rinse and repeat, after a couple of washes it should return to its shinning glory...my MSP was used also and not very clean, but its turned around by now.
Maybe I shouldnt post this pic of the mirrors....

You use a bucket of water, a brush and simple green.
Do you spray simple green on the engine first or water and SG?
How do you wet the engine? hose or bucket?
sorry about the questions but i cannot believe how clean is that engine
